• To confirm your villa booking a 15% non refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation when you make your booking.


• We require 50% deposit of the full amount stated on your invoice date within a 01 week.


• The balance payment is to be paid not less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.


• For all bookings, once we receive the non refundable deposit we will let you know that we have received your funds and confirm your dates and full details of the booking.


• Our villas accommodate 10 persons, and only with permission from the owner would extra’s be allowed.


• If parties are to be held, permission from the owner would be needed.


• All payments must be received in US Dollars in the account on the invoice as agreed.
